British Tramway Company Badges and Buttons: Ashley Birch’s informative reference site about tramway uniform buttons and badges. Contains many historic tramway photos.


Bus Lists on the Web: Body and chassis lists from most UK operators.


Classic Buses:  This site is all about nostalgia for British passenger transport vehicles from the 1920s to the 1960s, with an unashamed bias towards 'halfcabs'.


CountryBus: Peter Roberts’ historic and nostalgic look at country buses including Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Lincolnshire, Normandy and the Faroe Islands.


David Beilby Gallery: A wide selection of photographs, principally with a transport theme. Contains the road transport archive from GEC who took over many of the main builders of electrical equipment in the United Kingdom.


The Omnibus Society: Covers every aspect of the history and onward development of road passenger transport.


Park Royal Vehicles:  Graham Hill’s informative site about Hall Lewis and Park Royal vehicles, with many historic photographs.


Pennine Heritage: Launched in 1979 to promote environmental conservation plus economic and social enhancement of the South Pennines, this website is the home of the Pennine Horizons Digital Archive, which contains thousands of historic photos.


The PSV Circle: The PSV Circle was formed over sixty years ago and provides accurate and up to date information on all aspects of bus and coach operation in Great Britain and Ireland, and in other parts of the world where British vehicles are in use.


SCT’61: This website started in April 1999 and since then it's grown from a simple site showing a few bus photos taken in Southend to a very large collection of photos covering UK buses, trolleybuses and trams from the sixties and before.
